CHRISFISH PRODUCTS IN BRINE
At our prawn processing plant, we produce a wide range of high-quality brine products that we daily deliver to our customers around Europe. We pride ourselves on being able to offer very flexible packaging and delivery options. Customers can customise their order to precisely their needs and wishes. Our products are suitable for food service, wholesale, and retail as well as private labels.
We have invested in state-of-the-art production equipment and storage facilities that secure optimal performance and production capacity to meet the ever-increasing demand for our products. We meet all European legislative requirements and remain up to date with any changes to these.
PRODUCT RANGE
PACKAGING
Our brine products come in a range of pot sizes, from 100 g to 10 kg. Smaller pot sizes such as 170 g and 450 g are bought by the retail sector, while the 900 g pots are most popular with our food service and wholesale customers. We supply the biggest pots, from 6 to 10 kg, to commercial salad manufacturers and sandwich chains.
PRIVATE LABELS
The concept of private labels is a rapidly growing business area, which almost all supermarket chains globally have incorporated into their business strategy. At Chrisfish we produce large batches of stock products as private labels on behalf of both national and international retail and wholesale customers.
SALES CHANNELS
We serve our customers from our sales office in Frederikshavn. From early morning until late afternoon, our employees in Frederikshavn are in direct contact with the auctions, productions, and the hauliers who transport our goods.
This enables us to keep our finger on the pulse and quickly and efficiently plan and process orders placed by the customer at short notice.
We sell a wide range of brine products in Italy and Germany through local agents who, with many years of experience in the food industry, have extensive knowledge of the markets.
Our agents enable us to be geographically close to our customers, thus ensuring that we always have up-to-date insight into local market conditions.
